Ex-TV star turned pastor finds love again in secret US marriage

  • Former TV star Pushie Dunn kept her marriage secret for a year while building a new life as a pastor in America.
  • Dunn found love again after a painful divorce and says she’s “glowing and in love” with her new husband.

Former Jam Alley presenter Pushie Dunn, now a pastor in America, is celebrating her first wedding anniversary after keeping her marriage private for a year.

Dunn, who left South Africa for the United States to focus on her ministry, tied the knot after dating her husband for five years.

Someone close to the couple told Zimoja that Dunn wants to protect her new life.

“She wants to protect her marriage by all means. She is not regarded as a celebrity anymore. She is now a woman of God and wants to be known for her word of God more than her relationship,” the source said.

Despite wanting privacy, Dunn couldn’t help sharing her joy on social media. She opened up about finding love again after her first marriage ended because of cheating.

“I always said my next husband would be a ghost; I would never post him. But here I am, trying to remember that I’m a pastor and have to post ministry mostly, I can’t help myself. I never thought I would find love again, but here I am, glowing and in love,” she wrote.

She thanked her spiritual leaders Pastor Paula White and Reverend Ray McCauley, who had predicted she would find her perfect match, whom she calls her “Boaz.”

“Thank you all, my pastors, friends and family. And thank you, Lord, for my Boaz. I can’t believe it’s been a year already, and I feel like we’ve only just begun,” she wrote.
