• Trevor Noah’s former girlfriend Jordyn Taylor Braff says he used her jokes in his comedy shows during their three-year relationship.

• The couple dated from 2015 to 2018 while Noah was hosting The Daily Show in America.

A woman who dated Trevor Noah says the famous comedian took her jokes and used them in his shows.

Jordyn Taylor Braff, who was with Noah from 2015 to 2018, made these claims on the Netflix show Selling The City. She worked as a singer, model and estate agent while they were together.

“I think I was the subject of jokes from time to time, but he would also steal my material, a hundred percent,” Braff said.

She also claimed she was “the funnier one in the relationship” and that Noah used her sense of humour in his shows.

The pair started dating after Noah moved to America to host The Daily Show. He had just broken up with South African musician Dani Gabriel at the time.

Noah hosted The Daily Show from 2015 to 2022. The show mixed comedy with news and politics on the TV channel Comedy Central. He has won many awards for his work, including two Emmy Awards.

The South African star works as a comedian, writer, producer and TV host. He recently finished a sold-out comedy tour around the world.
